Rich, Storied, Balanced and Beautiful. Bold magenta color with deeply pigmented staining. A rustic aesthetic of light sediment and concentrated pigment give way to neatly juxtaposed aromas of  blue and black fruit. On the nose, sweet butterscotch and brown sugar. Ripe Japanese plum on the mid palate finished with a subtle black peppercorn and cocoa finish, restrained tannins and balanced acidity both candid and classic, a full-bodied expression of the varietal.
